*My Country*
Sri Lanka is my country and it is in the Indian Ocean . Although Sri Lanka is small in size, there are many picturesque places . Sinhalese, Tamils, Muslims and Burghers are the main communities in my country. Tea, Rubber and Coconut are the major exports of Sri Lanka . All the people live happily and peacefully.

*A Trip I Enjoyed*
During my last school vacation , I went to Anuradhapura with my parents,my uncle and one of my friend . We left home at 6.30 a.m. and reached Anuradhapura around 8.30 a.m. First we visited Jaya Sri Maha Bodi, Next we visited Ruwanweliseya. After that,we visited several historical places. Such as Lowamahapaya , Jethawanaramaya , Thuparamaya and Kuttam Pokuna. We had our lunch under a big tree . In the evening we bathed at Thisawewa. We came back home around 10.15 p.m. It was an a unforgettable day.
